Yoga, Nature and Expression: A Yoga Retreat and Solstice Celebration with Kat Allen

Join us for our 9th Annual Retreat, to play, rest, rejuvenate and reflect in nature.   Pristine mountain air, gourmet mostly-vegetarian cuisine, all-levels yoga and guided sessions for writing, movement and expression will stimulate our ability to “receive and radiate,” and open to what it means to truly be Alive! Experience heartfelt connections to Self and the sangha by exploring yoga postures, Authentic Movement, breath practice, sound and chanting, visualization and meditation, while augmenting our inner reflections through guided writing prompts.

About Kat: Teaching yoga since 1987, Kat has dedicated her adult life to helping herself and others get to know, heal and transform themselves and their relationships through an integrated application of movement, yoga, energy practices, psychotherapy and mindfulness. She has trained extensively with world-renowned yoga masters and therapists, including BKS Iyengar, TVK Desikachar, Gary Kraftsow and Doug and Naomi Moseley.
